These protocols are regularly updated as new information becomes available. To ensure the safety of all attendees, we have implemented a number of measures.
All guests must wear face masks or face coverings at all times while in the arena. We also require that all guests maintain a physical distance of at least six feet from other guests and staff members. Additionally, we have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting throughout the arena, with special attention to high-touch surfaces such as handrails, door handles, and restrooms. We have also implemented contactless ticketing and payment options to reduce contact between guests and staff. All tickets must be purchased online in advance, and all payments must be made via credit card or mobile wallet.
We also encourage guests to download the AMALIE Arena app for easy access to their tickets and other event information. We understand that these measures may be inconvenient, but they are essential to ensure the safety of all attendees.
